Barcode Producer is licensed on a per-user basis:

• Purchasing a Single User License allows you to use the software on a single computer. You may not use a Single User License on more than one machine.
• Purchasing a Multi-User License (multiple "seats") allows you to use the software on the specified number of computers, regardless of computing platform.
• Purchasing a Site License allows you to use the software on an unlimited number of computers owned by your organization within a 100-mile radius, regardless of computer platform.
• Purchasing a Worldwide License allows you to use the software on an unlimited number of computers owned by your organization in an unlimited number of business locations, regardless of computer platform.

Barcode Producer doesn't expire – it's a one time purchase you can use as much as you want.

A single user license cannot be shared between multiple users/computers. Each user needs a license.

How do updates and upgrades work?

We release minor and major updates to Barcode Producer from time to time. If you purchase a Barcode Producer 6.x license, for example, that gives you free access to every version of the software that starts with "6".

If we were to release a Barcode Producer 7 in the future, you'd need to upgrade your license (at a discounted fee) to access the new version with the new features. However, you could of course continue to use the older version – it won't expire.
